All projects were handled with utmost professionalism from the moment we sent out for RFP. They got us on the schedule very quickly and were able to expedite one of our projects with 36 hours notice. They met their stated deadlines for all our projects and even brought up some ideas as to better perform each project for our customer flow. We’re a retailer and having to work with customer traffic flows is very important to us and they went above and beyond to make sure our customers had access to our showrooms through the entire process. Their level of finish is that of a high quality service but at a very reasonable price.
Their work crews are respectful and provide any information we need, as well as assisting us with staff questions while on site. Mark and his staff will answer tough questions honestly and in your best interest — not just for the sale. I always ask, ”how would you perform this project if this was your property” and MD Contracting always comes up with an efficient approach that is both cost effective and forward thinking with our projects, lasting for many years to come.
